Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) HMDA data about our residential mortgage loans is available for review. The data shows geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, gender, and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials. Inquire at any of our branches or contact S&T’s Compliance Officer regarding the locations where HMDA data can be inspected.
Annual Disclosure Statement-Notice of Availability Financial information about the bank is available to our customers and the general public on request. In accordance with the Federal regulation to facilitate more informed decision making by depositories and the general public, we will provide an Annual Disclosure Statement containing financial information for the last two years. Funds Availability Policy Our general policy is to allow you to withdraw funds deposited in your account on the next business day after the day we receive your deposit. Funds received via Automated Clearing House will be available on the day we receive the deposit. In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the next business day.
