S&T Bank provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package that places it in the top quartile when the total value of the package is compared to the programs offered by other major employers and may currently include the following:

S&T 401(k) Savings Plan

Point of Service coverage is available with a 25% per individual co-pay up to $750 out of pocket, but not to exceed $1500/family/year. Prescription Coverage is provided with medical plan, with a 25% co-pay or non-preferred brands require 30% co-pay. Contributions for this coverage are bi-weekly for employee coverage, two-person coverage, or family coverage. Our plan is self-funded and uses Blue Cross/Blue Shield as our claims processor.

Additional Insurance purchases can be made through AFLAC Program.

Vision Care is provided through Vision Benefits of America (VBA). Family coverage is available for a bi-weekly contribution. Employee only coverage at no cost.

Dental Coverage is provided through Delta Dental. Family coverage available for a bi-weekly contribution. Employee only coverage is provided at no cost.

Retirement Plan. S&T has a defined benefit pension plan which provides a retirement payment based on an employee's age and length of service with S&T. An employee is eligible for participation in the plan when he or she:

• is at least 21; and
• has completed one year of service

An Employee Assistance Program is available through UNUM Life Phases. Life Insurance is provided at three times salary plus accidental death benefits of an additional 3 times salary.

Long-Term Disability income coverage (LTD) is provided through UNUM, with a benefit level of 60% of income.
