We have received several calls from customers receiving an automated call from someone posing as the S&T Security Department. These calls are fraudulent.
The automated message tells the caller their debit card has been deactivated or compromised and to reactivate their card they are encouraged to press one and enter their debit card information or card number.
If you have received a call and input your card number, please contact our Direct Banking Center at 800.325.2265 immediately. We will work with you to deactivate and replace your card.
