There are three ways to qualify for an S&T Preferred Account:
- Minimum daily balance of $1,000
- Combined Deposit and HOME Center outstanding loan balance of $50,000 or more.
(HOME Center balances include home equity loans, home equity lines of credit, and mortgages.
- $10 monthly maintenance fee if balances are not met.
